Smarter Home Electrical Services debunks and refutes the “Iron Triangle” theory! The Iron Triangle concept states that you can’t have all three. That you must choose only two. For example, a project that is fast and good will not be cheap while one that is cheap and fast will not be good and one that is good and cheap will not be fast. It can never be all three! Chris Araujo contradicts that long held theory and demolishes the concept! I met Chris about five years ago. Since then, Chris has been back to my home on numerous occasions. Everything from upgrades to replacements and even emergencies! One phone call is all it takes and he is there! When the company I hired to replace my siding dangerously damaged my electrical meter Chris was there! When the storm came and brought down the tree on top of the power lines and pinned them to my roof, Chris was there! Chris installed all the electrical for my hot tub, upgraded and relocated both my breaker box and electrical meter, replaced numerous outlets switches and fixtures, relocated and hooked up all the electrical for my AC unit and so much more! The quality of work that Chris offers is hands-down second to none. Chris treats your home as if it was his own. When they installed my siding, Chris noticed the contractor re-hung my two porch lights and flood lights incorrectly. The contractor ran straight wires through the walls without fire boxes. When Chris noticed this, he became extremely concerned that it could cause a fire and offered to install the fire boxes for free. They don’t get any better then this! Since then I have shared Chris with family and friends. They will all tell you the same! Chris takes pride in what he does and you can always rest assure that the job will be done the right way! I can’t say enough good about this guy! If your in need of a electrician no matter how small or big the job may be, Chris is the guy! With Smarter Home Electrical Services you get ALL THREE!

Now that it’s getting colder, as a new house owner I wanted to make sure we got our furnace fully cleaned and looked at. He came in did an amazing job! Fully cleaned and inspected the furnace. Will definitely be calling for electrical work that needs to be done. Great communication!

This is the third time that we have had Christian at our home doing electrical work. And each time we have been highly satisfied. Christian arrives on time with a smile on his face. You always get a very fair price from him as well. He gets the job done and makes sure he cleans up after himself as well. Today he did a living room light on our popcorn ceiling in the living room. Most electricians wouldn’t even begin to start a job like this because they’re afraid of damaging the ceiling. This company provides total professionalism and quality work. I known Chris for less than a year. In the time that I have known him he helped me get the building that I recently sold up to code. He recently did some work for me in the condo that I bought. When it comes to reliability Christian is the best. Some electricians just do a job. Christian asks great questions, confirms that what the customer is asking for is really what they need. Several times he’s corrected problems before they’ve had a chance to be problems. Today was a good example. A manufacturer had translated instructions incorrectly in their manual Christian saw the error, checked it and installed the correct equipment. Can’t say enough about his work ethics.
I called Smarterhome Electrical Service for a qoute and Chris happened to have time to stop by the house. I needed someone to install a security flood light and install LED fixtures in my garage. Chris gave me a very reasonable quote and to my surprise, he was available the next day. Chris is very easy to work with, did a great job and left no mess. He's very professional and I'm definitely reaching out to him for help with a few others electrical needs around the house. Miguel is a great, smart and knowledgeable electrician. I had electrical issues at home and contacted him. He was very professional and daycares; after him evaluating the issue. He told me what the problem was and fixed the problem quickly. He doesn’t charge as much as large companies do. He also doesn’t heating and AC and I already have him scheduled to do maintenance to my units… super satisfied customer.
